Phase I’s are conducted during property transactions and/or to define risks at sites for environmental due diligence to obtain innocent landowner protection as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
Phase II ESA’s
Phase II’s are conducted on sites to define the nature and extent of contamination and include hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, metals, vapor intrusion, or other identified environmental risks by a Phase I. Hygienix and its team can conduct all necessary investigation to document these risks.
In accordance with the National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) as well as the DEQ, an asbestos inspection must be performed prior to any renovation or demolition activities at the site.
